Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on December 14, 2025.

We at Abacus Notary are working to make our site AbacusNotary.accessible to people with disabilities.

Commitment to Accessibility

Abacus Notary is committed to ensuring that our website and remote online notary services are   accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to provide an inclusive digital experience for people with visual, auditory, cognitive, motor, and neurological disabilities, as well as those who rely on assistive technologies.

Accessibility Standards

Our website and digital services are developed with guidance from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA standards. These internationally recognized guidelines inform our accessibility design, development, and testing practices to ensure that our online notarization platform is as usable as possible for all users.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment at Abacus Notary. We perform periodic manual audits and automated testing of our digital pages and applications to identify and correct accessibility barriers. Our internal team undergoes regular training, and we continually review third-party components to ensure they meet accessibility standards.

While we endeavor to make all areas of our website fully accessible, some components—particularly third-party widgets or legacy content—may not yet fully conform with WCAG standards. Where limitations exist, we provide alternate means to access services, such as direct phone or email assistance.

We welcome your feedback regarding the accessibility of our website or services. If you encounter barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please reach out to us:

We aim to respond to all accessibility inquiries within five business days. Your feedback helps us continuously improve accessibility for all users.

Our accessibility efforts align with applicable U.S. laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and state-level accessibility requirements.
