Refund Policy - the basics

At Abacus Notary, our services are provided according to scheduled appointments. All fees are non-refundable, including fees for appointments that are missed or cancelled. Clients may reschedule appointments within the available time slots. No appointments will be prioritized to accommodate missed or cancelled appointments.

Important Details:

If an appointment is missed, the full service fee remains due.
Clients can reschedule for any other available time slot. However, fees for missed appointments remain non-refundable.
Abacus Notary is not responsible for any fees incurred to third parties as a result of missed appointments.
This policy ensures that we can provide timely and reliable notary services for all clients.
